Torn Ligaments

My 15yr old daughter tore both ligaments in her ankle.  We were referred to Dr. Troxell by our podiatrist.  My daughter was really nervous and in a lot of pain did not want anyone to touch her foot.  Dr. Troxell was so gently was able to do his examination and put her at ease.  Surgery was strongly suggested however we did not have insurance so we had to go the traditional route.  We will continue with Dr. Troxell and his instruction and pray for no second injuries.  Even though we do not have insurance there was no problem with us self-paying.  The staff and his personal nurse are very professional and nice.  If we end up having to get the surgery after all it will be Dr. Troxell that I would let operate on my daughter.
